Qualifications 5-10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry. Proven experience in scaling brands and leading cross-functional teams. Deep passion for sustainability, clean ingredients, and natural wellness. Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and fundraising experience. Ability to drive innovation while staying true to the company’s core values of quality and simplicity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
