Responsibilities Patient Experience: Enhance the overall patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing patient feedback to improve satisfaction. Slot Utilization: Optimize the utilization of available appointment slots to maximize patient access and operational efficiency. Slots Quality: Ensure the quality of appointment slots, balancing availability with patient needs. Available and Accessible: Ensure the team is readily available and accessible to all patients, reducing wait times and barriers to care. Disenrollment: Monitor and manage patient disenrollment rates, addressing causes to retain patients and improve continuity of care. Orphan Patients: Identify and manage orphan patients to ensure they receive continuous and coordinated care. Center Culture (Engagement): Cultivate a positive center culture that promotes team engagement and collaboration; implement initiatives to boost staff morale and engagement. Center Workforce Planning: Develop and execute effective workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing to meet patient needs and operational demands. Onboarding of Line Staff: Oversee onboarding for new line staff, ensuring comprehensive training and smooth integration. Teammate Retention (Turnover): Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover; foster a supportive environment for career growth. Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration among staff, patients, and external partners. Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset; analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and track progress. Team builder: develop and implement strategies to engage and develop team members; promote a positive work environment. Understanding of regulatory standards and applicable local, state, and federal laws. Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze risks and resolve issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. Fluency in spoken and written English. Independent judgment in carrying out responsibilities. Education And Experience Criteria BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science, or related field required; or equivalent experience in lieu of education on a year-for-year basis. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similar environment. Minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $81,202 - $116,002 (Salaried).
