When you join our team as a Center Director, you will: Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate and committed educators Partner with parents to provide excellent care and education Cultivate relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners Use your business, sales, and marketing skills to grow our centers’ presence in the community Required Skills and Experience: At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team Outstanding customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Budget and financial management experience preferred Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing preferred Ability to meet state-specific guidelines Proficiency with computers, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors Ability to engage physically with children and ensure their safety Fluent English communication skills Must work on-site daily Compensation: Range of $56,250.00 - $102,250.00 annually. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00/hour premium applies for classroom hours, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant.
