Required Skills and Experience:
At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple situations effectively
Budget and financial accountability experience, revenue generation preferred
Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing standards preferred
Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
Ability to assume low postures for safety and engagement with children, and to see and hear well enough to keep children safe
Fluent in English for effective communication with children and parents
This role requires on-site work at the center daily
