As the Center Director, you'll be working side-by-side with our Assistant Center Director to help expand our successful, fast-paced, fun learning environment for our students and families. Your responsibilities
Administer student assessments and develop student learning plans
Assist with marketing/sales, including presenting our program to parents/teachers in person and on the phone
Communicate student needs/progress with families and teachers via phone/email/ text
Coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
Teach in-center and online using Mathnasium Method terms and teaching practices
Interact with the public and represent our organization in a professional manner
Master a variety of online platforms to administer learning plans, track progress, and schedule students sessions
Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Passion for education and working with children and families
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience as a creative, dynamic leader and confident decision-maker
Proficiency in computer skills including Google Workspace
Ability to balance education and sales responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree completed
Passing score on basic math skills test
Must pass criminal background check
