About The Team We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Product leader to join the Enterprise MarTech organization. As part of the role, you will:
Own product strategy/definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end-to-end associate experience used by thousands of marketers
Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of business to evolve tools, capabilities, and processes for faster marketing campaign creation and execution
Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes—understanding the end-to-end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation and modernization
Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and third parties

Qualifications Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with expected degree completion by start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 years translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology
MBA or Master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management
