Position Overview: The Business Intelligence (BI) Director will serve in a dual capacity: (1) directly supporting a government customer in performance management monitoring, reporting, mitigation development and execution, and (2) leading Pueo's Business Intelligence Service. This role requires a balance of customer-focused expertise and leadership in driving the BI service's success. Primary Responsibilities Customer Support Responsibilities: Performance Management: The Director of Business Intelligence will provide direct customer support as the Performance Manager for a cyber security program. This support includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing performance metrics; tracking and reporting performance against metrics; and developing mitigation plans for addressing performance challenges. Business Intelligence Service Leadership: Service Development and Execution: Lead the BI service to ensure excellence in program and project execution, business development, and proposal management. Personnel Management and Career Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for the BI service team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce. Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding BI service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. **Business and Proposal Development: Exploring and shaping potential business opportunities in the Business Intelligence portfolio. Working different aspects of proposal development within and outside of the Business Intelligence portfolio. Key Traits for Service Directors at Pueo Assertiveness. Business Intelligence Service Focus Areas: The BI Service offers a comprehensive portfolio of capabilities, including: 1. Business Intelligence: Comprehensive analytics support spanning mission, management, industry, and academia. Blended analytics, strategic communications, and project management solutions. 2. Data Analysis: Quantitative & qualitative analysis, data management, and visualization. Knowledge management and forecasting support for decision-making. 3. Strategy & PPBE Management: Communications, implementation, and change management. Enterprise architecture, process improvement, and performance management. 4. Program and Project Management: Cost, schedule, risk, and scope management expertise. 5. Training & Facilitation: Training delivery, group facilitation, instructional design, and LMS support. Curriculum development and process improvement. Qualifications and Administrative Information: Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence, project management, and customer-focused operations. **Travel: Quarterly (minimum) to Tampa, FL and future locations that have Business Intelligence assets and interests. Highly Desired: Certifications: DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
