The Business Director is a key leadership role for driving the growth and strategic direction of Decypher. This role involves developing and executing business strategies and fostering relationships that contribute to Decypher’s overall growth and success.
Responsibilities
Oversees business related functional areas to ensure effective and efficient processes and integration of activities
Develop and maintain a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Develop business strategies and plans
Lead and manage operations support functions
Ensure that the business objectives are aligned with the overall company strategy
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, executives and employees
Maintain company quality management programs and certifications
Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs
Lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals
Ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical field, medical administration or related fields
Proven and successful experience in a senior management position leading large teams
Proficient using MS Excel for business purposes including pivot tables
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen, and be able to analyze complex business data to make informed decisions
Strong public speaking and writing skills; ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages
Experience managing Federal contracts (Preferred)
