What You’ll Do Prospect and research potential clients using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads Engage with director-level and above contacts to discuss managed transportation services Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and offer full-service contract solutions (not freight-only services) Negotiate and secure exclusive contracts Track and maintain pipeline activity in HubSpot Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and goals What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience selling managed transportation services Demonstrated ability to secure exclusive contracts Consultative, relationship-based sales style Strong cold-calling skills and ability to engage at the director level or higher History of exceeding sales quotas and closing full-service contract solutions Must, Must, Must-Haves Must have at least 3 years of experience cold-calling and selling managed transportation services to director-level and above contacts.
Must have experience securing exclusive contracts.
Must have a consultative sales approach.
Must have sold full-service contracts (not freight alone).
