CAN Capital is looking for a results- oriented Director of Business Development to execute our partner sales strategy and expand our footprint in the B2B financial space. What You’ll Do: Lead with Purpose: Design and execute bold business development strategies that fuel revenue growth and expand market share.
Build Meaningful Partnerships: Engage and nurture relationships with top-tier Sales Partners, Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), vendors, and B2B service providers.
Drive Impact: Identify and onboard high-potential third-party referral sources through networking, conferences, trade shows, and inbound leads.
Empower Success: Guide new partners through onboarding and training, ensuring seamless integration and long-term collaboration.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
Be the Expert: Master CAN Capital’s products, services, and processes to become a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders.
Deliver Results: Exceed sales targets and KPIs while reporting performance metrics with precision and insight.
Requirements What You Bring A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, especially in partnership development and business lending.
A track record of driving product sales and generating new business in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Deep understanding of B2B financial products and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 30% of the time
