Bio-One, a brand of Five Star Franchising, is seeking an experienced and proactive Brand Marketing Director to lead franchisee marketing efforts for the brand. Working within the Five Star Franchising Marketing structure, this role reports to the VP of Marketing for Five Star Franchising and works closely with the inhouse marketing team and the Bio-One Brand President. Bio-One, a brand of Five Star Franchising, is seeking an experienced and proactive Brand Marketing Director to lead franchisee marketing efforts for the brand. Working within the Five Star Franchising Marketing structure, this role reports to the VP of Marketing for Five Star Franchising and works closely with the inhouse marketing team and the Bio-One Brand President.

This individual will work closely with franchisees to train, diagnose, and provide guidance and support for overall marketing within the local market, as well as will be tasked with the development and implementation of marketing programs, processes, and systems that will help drive lead generation for all Bio-One franchisees and promote the overall growth of the Bio-One brand.

Roles And Responsibilities

Work with Five Star Marketing to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers, keep current clients, and help promote the brand. Coordinate with Five Star Marketing and franchise owners to accomplish important marketing goals and objectives. Clearly communicate franchise owner marketing plans with franchise owners. Help to address and resolve ongoing franchise owner needs, concerns, and questions related to their marketing plan. Work with Five Star Marketing to develop rich Google EAT content, messaging, media, websites, mailers and other marketing materials. Conduct thorough research, discoveries, analysis and use frameworks to develop target customer personas and establish positioning and messaging. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, making recommendations of the marketing plan if necessary. Collaborate with Five Star Marketing and brand executives to make high-level decisions regarding the ad fund marketing budgets, ongoing marketing strategies and initiatives. Help to create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service - PR, messaging, positioning, research. Identify new potential customers and target audiences, lead sources and mediums for marketing programs to target. Analyze marketing data to find important trends. Manage and develop Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Marketing Specialist.

What We're Looking For

7+ Years of brand marketing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role. An experienced marketing leader in the franchise space, preferably with Home Services or Restoration experience. Deep experience is working with and through many stakeholders/customers. Agency experience is valued. Passionate about learning. Always exploring and developing new ideas to help improve marketing programs. A confident leader and business partner for the brand leadership team. Comfortable with the key metrics used to analyze business and marketing performance. An excellent communicator no matter the audience.

Work Location: On-site in office 4+ days a week
