Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market position and achieve business objectives.
Consumer Marketing Transformation: Help transition the business from B2B/distributor-led to a consumer-led marketing organization.
Campaign Execution: Lead marketing campaigns across digital, in-store trade marketing, events, and influencer activations.
Product Development Partnership: Collaborate with the Innovation Lead to support new product pipeline and commercialization.
Creative & Messaging: Work with the Creative Director to refine brand guidelines, creative direction, and global brand messaging.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets across U.S. and global markets; consult with international distributors and agencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, operations, and international distributor teams to ensure alignment.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs including brand awareness, consumer trial, and in-store velocity; adjust strategy based on results.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus).
CPG food experience required ; proven track record in brand growth and scaling toward $200M+.
7-10+ years of experience in brand management within consumer goods; global or international exposure preferred.
Strong mix of entrepreneurial mindset and big-company process orientation.
Analytical, strategic thinker with experience translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Hands-on leader, comfortable building teams and processes in a lean, family-owned business environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
