The Family YMCA of Greater Augusta is seeking a dynamic Branch Executive Director to lead our Augusta South Branch and support our mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, including wellness and fitness programs, membership, marketing, facilities, staff and volunteer development, financial management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations and strategic planning.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Drive membership and program growth with a focus on member engagement and community impact.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Build partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Support fundraising and scholarship campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of management experience; YMCA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, community relations, and staff development.
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and BBP certifications (required within 45 days of hire).
