Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Hybrid, Flex for your day Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD FLSA Status: Exempt Essential Duties Consult with company leaders to develop and execute an effective strategic marketing plan Lead market research to identify key focus areas and develop a strategy Develop and execute Boland's brand strategy Develop and execute commercialization strategy Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Salespeople to effectively drive revenue growth Develop and execute a strategy to convey Boland's message via trade shows and industry events Effectively collect client experience data and effectively utilize data in a strategic plan Develop a media relations/PR strategy Digital/social media strategy development and execution Represent Boland effectively within the industry and marketplace Structure the department effectively and manage personnel to execute goals Maintain active relationships with industry groups, associations, etc. Other duties as assigned Education And Experience Requirements Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related is required. Minimum of 5 years of proven track record leading marketing efforts. Up-to-date knowledge and abilities to effectively utilize current tools. Experience developing budgets and planning fiscal strategy.
