About the Role
The Company is in search of experienced and strategic board members to play a pivotal governance and advisory role in the growth and transformation of a private equity-backed healthcare services firm, with a specific focus on revenue cycle management and related operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, executive guidance, and financial stewardship, as well as offering insights and oversight on RCM and healthcare expertise. This role demands a deep understanding of governance, fiduciary duties, and investor relations, particularly within the context of a high-growth, PE-backed environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare operations, RCM, technology enablement, private equity value creation, or M&A, and should be well-versed in RCM technology platforms and digital transformation.
Candidates for this board position should have a proven track record of helping organizations evolve through technology, process improvement, or organizational design. Experience in leading or advising on M&A transactions, including integration and cultural alignment, is also essential. The role requires the ability to identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities, as well as a strong network that can be leveraged for business development. The ideal board members will be collaborative, forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about innovation in healthcare and can thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Prior board experience or executive-level leadership in similar settings is strongly preferred, and the ability to support and challenge the executive team on a range of strategic and operational issues is a key aspect of the role.
