Alpha Emergency Behavioral Health (AEBH) is a nonprofit committed to preventing and reducing sexual harm through evidence-based treatment and education. We serve individuals who have committed sexual offenses or are at risk, offering services ranging from low-intensity outpatient care to a robust intensive outpatient program.

We’re seeking passionate, skilled professionals to join our Board of Directors—especially those with backgrounds in finance, fundraising, marketing/PR or law/Legislation . As a board member, you’ll help guide our mission, ensure ethical governance, support fundraising efforts, and act as an ambassador for our work in the community.

Board at a glance:

Term: 3 years Meetings: Quarterly (virtual or in downtown Minneapolis) + 1 in-person annual meeting Time Commitment: >2 hours/month Board Size: 5-7 members What you'll do: Provide strategic oversight and help shape the direction of AEBH.
