: Direct and oversee the public relations efforts of Doing Good, particularly the volunteers it celebrates each month and its upcoming television show in August.
Responsibilities
Strategizes and helps implement PR efforts for Doing Good and its activities.
Assists with establishing new media partners.
Lead the PR Committee Writers and partner with the Doing Good Copy Editor for successful press releases.
Manage the Media Contact(s) to send and follow up with media as needed.
Partner with the Doing Good, yet particularly the Doing Good Creative Director and Executive Director.
Partner with Doing Good Committees to support specific Doing Good efforts and cross-promote whenever possible.
Uses Google Drive and Trello.
Qualifications :

Have a sincere passion for doing good in the community.
Be a visionary committed to the young organization’s success.
Board Member Requirements
All Doing Good board members are asked to live in Tennessee.
Think strategically as a board member and be hands-on with the committee.
Donate to Doing Good.
Participate in Board Meetings.
Participate in Doing Good events.
Nominate annually at least 1 Featured Volunteer.
Participate in Board votes online and offline.
