What You'll Do (Your Impact)
As our BCBA, you will be the clinical lead for a small caseload of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Clinical Leadership: Manage and oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for your assigned clients on the autism spectrum.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct initial intakes, ongoing functional assessments, and use evidence-based tools to analyze data and create highly individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans .
Team Oversight: Directly supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity.
Caregiver Partnership: Provide consistent and comprehensive parent/caregiver training and support .
Program Maintenance: Oversee data collection, analysis, discharge, and transition planning.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Required: Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Required: Professional liability insurance.
Experience: Demonstrated, successful experience working with children on the autism spectrum and implementing ABA-based treatment.
