Responsibilities:
- Handle facility repairs such as plumbing, lighting, HVAC troubleshooting, and general upkeep
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Keep accurate records of repairs, part usage, and maintenance logs
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning warehouse environment
- 2+ years in industrial machinery or warehouse equipment maintenance ( CNC machines, conveyors, forklifts, pumps, compressors)
- 13 years in facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills (a major plus!)
- Familiarity with CNC machines, motors, and general building systems preferred
- Comfortable using tools, reading schematics, and solving problems independently
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- Portuguese is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- Basic knowledge of OSHA or warehouse safety procedures
- Hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing or fabrication environments
