About The Role We’re looking for hands-on and energetic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sr. Hotel Leader who is ready to support strong teams, and grow our presence across key U.S. markets with HotelPro as our Regional Director . If you’ve built your Hotel leadership career in Housekeeping, Rooms Division, F&B, or hotel operations—leading teams, driving guest satisfaction, and keeping everything running behind the scene this role may be a fit for you! This hands-on role requires relocation to Kentucky (Louisville or Lexington) or Ohio (Columbus or Cincinnati) and involves about 80% travel to visit other markets. What Can You Bring...

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must 5+ years of experience in senior leadership in hotels is a must 2+ years of experience managing budgets and financial planning Sales or business development experience Ability to relocate to Kentucky (Louisville - Lexington) or Ohio (Columbus - Cincinnati) Comfortable with 80% travel across markets You've led multiple locations and know how to juggle it all Ability to jump in and assist with entry-level tasks such as recruiting/onboarding, payroll, when needed High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style Able to manage different teams and work settings with ease Strong computer skills and quick to learn new tools Valid driver's license
