Key Responsibilities for the Director of Nursing:
Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to ensure the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, physicians, and administrative staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance the quality of care.
Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction outcomes.
Serve as a key leader in strategic planning and program development to advance behavioral health services.
Director of Nursing Qualifications: Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral or mental health nursing.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards for behavioral health services.
