****2025-2026 School Year**** SITE DIRECTOR (FULL-TIME): Before and After School Program Site Director AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins! Location: V arious elementary schools in Northern Tucson, Oro Valley, and Catalina areas Schedule: the Site Director is expected to report at their site for both AM and PM shifts (roughly 32.5 hours per week w/ eligibility for benefits) Pay & Benefits: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour (depending on education) Full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time off available Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents Fun and friendships come with the paycheck As an AlphaBEST Site Director , you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders that deliver excitement to our students in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site. Here's what you'll need: Must have a degree (preferably in a relatable field) and/or the required amount of verifiable experience per AZ licensing regulations Must be at least 21 years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations Together, let's put more wonder in the world!
