Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Promotion & Marketing Director. This position will focus on completing effective marketing campaigns that direct customers to Balance of Nature for more products and services. This position will also coordinate with the VP of Customer Sales to run and organize marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Review surveys to ensure they are specific and are composed in a way that will gather the information we are looking for

Treat all customer vertical markets separately when surveying and promoting

Ensure that all survey responses are captured and secured in a database where they can be accessed at any time

Complete all necessary research, documents, and then disseminate as needed

Help create content campaigns and project briefs

Assist in the creation of marketing emails and promotions as needed

Negotiate campaign contracts as applicable

Work on strategic marketing planning for customers

Analyze statistics on past marketing campaigns

Make plans to increase reactivations each week

Make plans to increase retail conversions each week

Required Skills: 2+ years of Marketing experience

Understanding of email and text marketing

Ability to lead managers

Ability to understand, improve, and create flows

Understanding of print marketing campaigns

Ability to create and maintain trackers.

Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills: Detailed-oriented

Flexible and adaptable

Able to write campaign and project briefs

Able to write content that convinces customers to be reactive or buy more product

Willing and able to learn new marketing and design skills

Must always be looking to improve and A/B test campaigns

Able to use email platforms

Able to use marketing tools and platforms

Able to interpret marketing data

Ability to understand and keep up-to-date with Marketing theory

Proficient in Google Workspaces
