What You'll Do Lead Business Growth: Secure 1-2 new placements per month (each exceeding $100K ARR) through warm existing leads and targeted outreach. Build Lasting Client Relationships: Maintain a stellar 90%+ renewal rate and identify new opportunities in helpdesk and installation staffing. Work Smarter: Dedicate 70% of your time to prospecting, 20% to relationship management, and 10% to operations/reporting. What You Bring 2-5 years of IT staffing sales experience, ideally with a track record at larger firms and a desire to step into a more entrepreneurial environment. Proven ability to exceed quotas and transform cold leads into loyal clients. Strong technical communication skills and a knack for connecting with today's business decision-makers.
