Key Responsibilities :
Hunt new business: Close 1-2 placements/month ($100K+ ARR each) from Relo leads and Top-50 prospects. Manage accounts: Achieve 90%+ renewal, upsell staffing (helpdesk/installations). Drive results: 70% prospecting (20 weekly touches), 20% retention, 10% admin (Salesforce logging, EOS Level 10 prep). What You Bring : 2-5 years IT staffing sales experience (prefer large firm like Robert Half, seeking faster growth). Proven hunter: 100%+ quota attainment, 50%+ new business from cold leads, margin optimization. Values fit: Honesty, Respect, Curiosity, Reliability-obsessed with Client success. Presentation: Tech-savvy communicator for Gen Z/millennial decision-makers. Ambition: Understands long-term role in expanding sales/marketing, with equity potential. Why Join Us?
