Association Senior Program Director of Y-Club (Project Management) The Gateway Region YMCA is one of the leading nonprofit charitable organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan region, dedicated to nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving health and well-being, and supporting our neighbors. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing child care staff training for digital platforms that promote program growth. Responsibilities include measuring progress against strategic goals, managing parent pay and state subsidy payments, providing operational support to branches, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting all Y-Club programs through training, mentoring, and quality assurance. The position requires proficiency in training, data analysis, customer service, project management, and leadership. The director will analyze financial trends, forecast future progress, and ensure high-quality, member-focused programs through innovative development and societal awareness. The role also includes supporting the Executive Director of Child Care Services and serving as a backup for the Day Camp Director, along with performing other duties as assigned.
