POSITION
As an Associate Regional Director, you will focus on deepening relationships with existing financial advisors and develop new relationships identifying new sales opportunities. You will also provide support for field wholesaler(s) as a home office point of contact and help to resolve complex questions regarding the entire Allspring mutual fund and Separately Managed Account line-up.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office days a week.

Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI
RESPONSIBILITIES Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that increase product sales within the Allspring Global Investments line-up.
Partner with field wholesalers to develop and execute on a territory business plan to meet and exceed territory gross and net sales goals.
Utilize business tools to target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives. CANDIDATE
You must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Need to successful attain FINRA Series and (or ) within days from employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to make timely and independent judgement decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment. Base Pay Range: $, - $,
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
