Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Board certification in Internal Medicine or a related specialty
A minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
Strong expertise in inpatient care and transitions of care
Management experience with chronic conditions such as heart failure, COPD, diabetes, and more
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams through organizational changes
Exceptional communication skills to convey vision and strategy effectively
Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities and experience in clinical operations
Collaborative approach towards interdisciplinary teamwork and business partnerships
Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, primary care, or geriatrics
Previous experience as a medical director or in a similar leadership role
Familiarity with telehealth and virtual care delivery systems
Knowledge of quality improvement strategies and leading clinical projects
Experience in fast-paced healthcare environments
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
Entrepreneurial and versatile, ready to innovate care delivery models
Active medical license in good standing; willingness to obtain licenses in additional states as the program expands
Current BLS certification and DEA registration in good standing
