Key Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Development and Brand Identity: Lead the development of innovative creative concepts that align with brand identity and design principles, ensuring consistency and balance with business objectives. Project and Resource Management: Supervise the management of multiple creative projects, overseeing internal and external talent to ensure timely and efficient execution. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicate creative strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs. Quality Control: Oversee the review and approval of creative materials to maintain high standards of quality and alignment with brand guidelines. Strategic Planning and Trend Analysis: Direct strategic planning efforts and stay updated on industry trends to ensure creative initiatives are relevant and forward-thinking. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Our Associate Director-Creative Direction earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual.
