Overall Purpose: Lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts that enhance brand identity and drive engagement across all media platforms, while supervising and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Development and Brand Identity: Lead the development of innovative creative concepts that align with brand identity and design principles, ensuring consistency and balance with business objectives. Project and Resource Management: Supervise the management of multiple creative projects, overseeing internal and external talent to ensure timely and efficient execution. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicate creative strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs. Quality Control: Oversee the review and approval of creative materials to maintain high standards of quality and alignment with brand guidelines. Strategic Planning and Trend Analysis: Direct strategic planning efforts and stay updated on industry trends to ensure creative initiatives are relevant and forward-thinking. Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Our Associate Director-Creative Direction earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual.
