Job Type: Full Time
Rate of Pay: $157,040 per year
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
Responsibilities
Duties: Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Build strong working relationships with strategy teams, senior business leaders and clients and work collaboratively with them to define and understand their campaign objectives and lead discussions around developing measurement goals to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Guide and oversee the analytics team's recurring client deliverables, dashboard creations and visual reports, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations and act as a mentor to the analytics team in their career and personal development. Manage 1st and 3rd party data collection, cleaning and analysis to throw light on brand landscape and provide competitive insights to clients. Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical tools and industry best practices to derive actionable insights, summarize and present the key campaign highlights, and campaign optimization recommendations to clients. Preemptively identify bottlenecks in the proceAdhoc requests from both internal teams and external clients and media partners. Supervise and manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, develop project plans and delegate responsibilities across the analytics team and facilitating synergy between cross-functional teams. Address and resolve any data-related issues or challenges that arise on a day-to-day basis within the team or across network and work to find creative solutions to improve data accuracy, reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include two years of experience in each of the following:
1. Utilize marketing campaign measurement tools including Double Verify, Double Click Manager, Innovid, Vivvix, IQVIA Navigator, Mediatools and Google Analytics to collect and analyze campaign performance data and provide real time optimization solutions to meet brand goals.
2. Leverage data management and visualization tools including Dataroma, Tableau and Power BI to extract and clean big data to a digestible form and present it in a visually compelling way and further elevate existing client deliverables through data automation.
3. Perform advanced custom analysis using Microsoft excel macros and data analysis toolpak to pinpoint areas of campaign optimization and support brand goals.
4. Utilize Microsoft office skills, especially Advanced Microsoft PPT to deliver client reporting and provide clients with actional insights and business strategies.
5. Enable seamless inter/intra team communication, with the use of project management tools including Microsoft Teams and Jira to ensure transparent data and knowledge transfer without compromising data integrity and privacy.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations in client facing or consulting setting.
