What is the opportunity: Supports the Audit, Legal and Corporate Affairs organizations regarding documentation related to all business issues and regulatory matters. Typically manages 2 or more specialized departments comprised of supervisors, managers, professionals, and/or large numbers of operational support employees. What will you do? Ensuring accuracy, validity and completeness of all documentation necessary to meet organizational, industry, and governmental regulatory requirements. Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to assess documentation requirements that enhance compliance with state, federal and financial regulations to mitigate legal or financial risk. Fostering open communication and information sharing within the organization to ensure that managers are knowledgeable of documentation-related responsibilities, goals, initiatives and their established deadlines. The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 - $190,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
