The Fleet team at SoftBank Robotics focuses on ensuring successful product launches, sales, fulfillment, and post-sale service and operations for our portfolio. The team includes Customer Care, Deployment, Repair, Logistics, and Order Operations. Reporting to the VP of Robot & Fleet Management, the candidate will be entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving market, and capable of determining the best service and support strategies for the deployed fleet of robots. The role requires a detail-oriented, passionate, self-starting individual who thrives in a dynamic, start-up-like environment. Energy, curiosity, and a hands-on approach are essential.
