If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Project Management - Physical Security to join our Operations team. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, leading, driving, and overall management of assigned projects and/or programs; lead programmatic around several major uplifts to the KPMG US physical security program; set tactical plans for execution and program delivery Evaluate existing security programs and processes and make assessments for future needs; conduct studies and business cases to identify follow-on projects to improve KPMG US physical security posture Develop, track, and manage project forecasts and costs; request budget allocations and reallocations; ensure project and/or program is within budget Ensure mitigating strategies or contingencies are appropriately applied to anticipated risks and issues Demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external customer business and work collaboratively to successfully deliver value Incorporate industry best practices, conduct internal and external benchmarking, and implement standards, key measures and metrics Qualifications: Minimum eight years of experience leading and managing medium to large security projects in the physical/technical security business area Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years relevant experience Experience in the management of large, complex security projects and programs, managing multi-phase, multi-track, high-risk projects; expertise in and experience with physical/technical security systems; Ability and flexibility to constantly evolve and innovate a physical/technical security program against emerging threats Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills; experience briefing executive leadership on complex programmatic activities Strong project management skills, with a track record of meeting aggressive milestones; experience leading high-profile, enterprise-wide programs without direct oversight of all requisite resources Experience with resource management overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, developing financial forecasts, and identifying financial efficiencies; Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures in alignment with organizational priorities Capable of building strong professional relationships; creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, define next generation business and leadership needs regarding physical and technical security programs KPMG complies with all local/state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges.
