Overview
The Associate Director leads the technical end of the Programmatic team, driving a data‑first, audience‑centric approach to programmatic media and championing Zenith’s vision of Live ROI.
Responsibilities
Help clients launch and manage DMP, Attribution, and TMS solutions across display, video, social, mobile, and offline media.
Write and deliver technical strategies and POVs; oversee translation into final audience recommendations.
Evaluate and select strategic technology solutions for select clients.
Build, maintain, and grow client relationships and business.
Build and maintain relationships with data and technology vendors and internal agency counterparts.
Command a comprehensive understanding of marketing communications and translate into audience goals and strategies.
Motivate and manage a technology team to execute programmatic and media activations.
Support VP/SVP in managing account profitability and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrate deep technical understanding and problem‑solving skills.
Act across agency projects, fostering cross‑functional teamwork.
Qualifications
5+ years digital operations or media technology experience, preferably from a technology company or media agency.
Strong background in DSP, DMP, mobile, OLV, cross‑screen, data, and analytics.
Experience launching data, attribution, or programmatic tools.
Track record of building successful client relationships.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinking and self‑starter in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Proven ability to interact with people at all levels and foster cross‑functional results.
Service‑focused organization experience.
Outstanding motivational and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
$115,000 – $120,000, based on skills and experience.
