Where you’ll be working This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as specified by your manager. Employees must comply with hybrid work policies. What you’ll be doing You will lead a team of base management brand leads for a portfolio of diverse value brands and oversee strategic programs across the portfolio. Your goals are to drive service revenue growth, identify cross-brand opportunities, and push strategic initiatives to deliver incremental benefits. You will create efficiencies by partnering with other brand leads and leveraging portfolio-level assets such as the Loyalty Program, Perks, Steps, Government Discount Programs, and Strategic Network Migrations. Your team will handle both commercially available and restricted service and device offers. You will collaborate with finance, technology, channel engagement, and communications teams to develop new processes with the customer at the center. Your responsibilities include delivering data-backed recommendations, adapting to executive requirements, and focusing on areas such as: Using segmentation tools to derive insights for new offer strategies across multiple brands. Understanding Government Discount Programs to design compliant base management plans. Interpreting competitive information and formulating promo recommendations. Developing annual/quarterly marketing roadmaps aligned with brand and distribution strategies. Measuring performance across various metrics and aligning Finance and Marketing through business case development. Partnering with stakeholders to develop differentiating promo campaigns and grow Verizon’s business. Driving existing customer transactions through digital channels and new channels (e.g., inbound care, IVR, ). Presenting trends and insights to senior leadership and managing complex strategic projects from concept to retrospective analysis. Providing feedback to build base management capabilities. What we’re looking for You should have strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to solve problems. You’ll need to: Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience. Eight or more years of relevant experience (work, military, or specialized training). Experience in strategic marketing planning and financial analysis. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Even better if you have: Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of information. Experience presenting ideas to stakeholders at various levels. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and in the wireless/telecommunications industry. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with ability to find unique solutions to complex challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with G Suite, Excel, PowerPoint (Think-Cell a plus). Ability to manage concurrent projects with initiative and minimal supervision. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen for building business cases and influencing executive decisions. Spanish language skills are a plus.
