Job Summary
Develop and lead functional testing, training, and change management across global stakeholders for the full Vendavo Pricing Suite. Drive pricing technology change management initiatives to positively influence business readiness and Team Member adoption. Primary support for testing and validation efforts related to pricing technology design development and application deployments.
How You'll Create Impact
Training program development including reference materials, on-line modules and assessments, as well as live sessions for the Vendavo Pricing Suite (CPQ, PA, MBA, etc.)
Creation of UAT scripts and validation of results
Contribute to Team efforts of defining solution design requirements
Be a trusted business partner to other members of the Global Pricing Teams
Lead interactive workshops and feedback loops in support of continuous improvement
Drive user adoption initiatives that encourage early wins and long-term sustainment
Provide direct support to address issues and optimize user experiences

Education and Experience
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, plus 7+ years of related professional experience
Vendavo Pricing Suite experience
Additional Preferred Experience:
On-line training module creation experience
Orthopedic Contract Pricing experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
Global business experience
Travel Expectations
Up to 25%, including global travel

Expected Compensation Range: $144,810 to $180k plus bonus
