We are hiring an Associate Director to join our Performance Solutions Team. The Associate Director, Performance Solutions will support cardiovascular performance initiatives to help Evolent achieve its strategic and financial goals. This key team member will collaborate closely with the current Performance Solutions cardiovascular team and Evolent leadership team to design and implement high priority initiatives. What You Will Be Doing: Manage high priority performance initiatives through all phases of design and execution, including post-go-live tracking, to realize Evolent's strategic and financial goals for oncology and cardiology. Initiatives may include areas such as provider scorecards, alternative payment models, referral management, or pilots with external vendors. Engage cross-department leaders and stakeholders to design and execute initiatives across clients / markets Maintain a catalog of performance initiatives, including their description, high-level sizing, and other key criteria for prioritization Use available data to determine whether implemented initiatives achieve metrics of success, working cross-functionally to refine approach as needed Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and templates for oncology performance initiatives Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies, procedures, and processes Qualifications Required and Preferred: Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience Cardiovascular service line or special projects experience (strategic emphasis with analytic capabilities) Understanding of cardiovascular service line (strategic emphasis with analytic capabilities) Strong project management skills: history of taking initiative and effectively managing projects and processes History of superior performance across educational and professional settings Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills Outstanding written and oral presentation skills Preferred experience with managed care and/or provider engagement To comply with HIPAA security standards (45 C.F.R. sec. 164.308 (a) (3)), identity verification may be required as part of the application process. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $110,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
