Summary:
The Associate Director – Operations will oversee the governance, performance, and optimization of the GenAI Content Hub, ensuring seamless operations, managing escalations, and delivering campaigns on time. This role acts as the main contact, coordinating with stakeholders including brands, WCx, BI&T, MLR, Mumbai Content Hub members, and partner/vendor teams to optimize processes and meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
Operational Governance: Oversee end-to-end operations of the GenAI Content Hub, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and error-free outputs.
Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven enhancements.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine processes to improve speed, scalability, and content personalization using AI/GenAI tools.
Escalation Management: Address obstacles to asset delivery, resolve issues quickly, and clarify responsibilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams, including brand, WCx, BI&T, MLR, and Content Hub members, to align resources and ensure smooth operations.
Vendor and Partner Management: Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery aligned with BMS standards.
Cross-Channel Expertise: Apply knowledge of channel strategies to deploy content effectively across platforms and regions.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure content complies with regulatory, MLR, and brand standards, maintaining high quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
At least 5 years in operations management, preferably in marketing, content, or creative services, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and digital content delivery across web, social, email, and media.
Experience designing and optimizing processes, especially with AI/GenAI workflows.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing diverse, global teams, including offshore and onsite models.
Ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and clarify accountability.
Proficiency in performance metrics, data analysis, and operational improvements.
Experience managing external vendors and ensuring quality and goal alignment.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI tools in content creation, personalization, and automation is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing compliance, including MLR, in regulated industries like pharma or healthcare.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
The starting salary range is $164,000-$199,300 , plus incentives and stock options, based on experience. Final compensation depends on demonstrated experience. Benefits vary by role and location; details are available at https://careers.bms.com/life-at-bms/.
