We are excited to invite applications for the position of Associate Director, Oncology Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader to make a significant impact on our oncology portfolio, including Orgovyx and other emerging assets. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Oncology, you will play a crucial role in driving high-impact initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead essential business processes to support the oncology portfolio's brand objectives. Foster innovation and increase productivity by partnering with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, and Commercial Excellence. Regularly assess priorities and align strategies with the VP, Marketing Oncology and brand leads. Orchestrate execution of significant cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Drive special projects that enhance brand impact, such as integrated planning and portfolio strategy. Communicate oncology portfolio insights and execution plans effectively within the organization. Identify risks and opportunities across planning cycles and develop actionable recommendations. Essential Qualifications: A strategic mindset with the ability to align cross-functional efforts to long-term objectives. Strong project leadership skills and a proven track record of driving complex initiatives to completion. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to simplify complexity and connect disparate ideas into a cohesive vision. Proactive and solution-oriented business acumen. Experience in commercial planning and brand management, preferably in oncology or pharmaceuticals. Skilled in creating polished, executive-ready communications and presentations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's). Preferred experience in commercial operations, brand planning, marketing strategy, or field support, specifically in oncology.
