Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across all areas of the resort. Proactively solicit new business and manage P&L, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate with marketing to support group and catering sales initiatives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. Travel to industry events and represent Salamander Middleburg through property tours and sales presentations. Analyze data and market trends to make strategic recommendations. Qualifications: 5-7 years of sales leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort operations. Proven ability in sales strategy, client relationship management, and revenue maximization. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred. Proficient in sales software (Delphi, Social Tables, SMS, Microsoft Office).
