We are seeking an Associate Director of Medical Communications to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate, strategic, and captivating communications aimed at driving behavior change and improving health outcomes. Your Responsibilities As an Associate Director, you will leverage your clinical or scientific expertise to support the development of brand strategies and content. With guidance from senior medical leadership, you will enhance your strategic thinking and deepen your therapeutic knowledge, contributing to scientific storytelling across client projects. Gain in-depth knowledge of assigned brands, therapeutic areas, and the competitive landscape. Contribute to the creation of scientifically accurate and audience-relevant content across diverse formats and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the creative process, contributing to content strategy, storytelling, and execution. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards for accuracy, relevance, and strategic alignment. Engage in medically focused client interactions to build credibility and trust. Assist in new business pitches by conducting research, identifying the medical hook, and developing pitch materials. Remain current on relevant literature, emerging data, and industry developments to inform both internal and client-facing perspectives. Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: An advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a clinical or scientific field. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or a related field. The ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Familiarity with key medical research tools (e.g., PubMed, clinicaltrials.gov, GlobalData). A strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to develop your strategic and communication skills further. Experience in content development (such as slides, scripts, summaries, congress reports, etc.) and a solid understanding of how scientific content aligns with broader brand strategies. Salary Range: 90000 - 120000 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
