Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations (DOCO) the Associate Director of Campus Operations (ADOCO) supports the Director of Campus Operations in leading the day-to-day academic and operational functions at the campus. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring alignment with university, accreditation, and regulatory standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and student success.

The ADOCO plays an integral role in the coordination of campus academic administration, faculty support, student services, and facilities management. The ADOCO collaborates with program leadership, student-facing staff, and other departments to foster a high-quality learning environment and promote operational excellence.

Pay:Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $105,400 to $142,600.
