KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities: Develop and manage iPaaS API strategies, integration security, and architectural solutions for on-premises and cloud platforms. Innovate integration capabilities through a product and project mindset, creating scalable, reusable frameworks, and supporting technologies within product solutions and delivery processes. Define and communicate the vision and business value of the iPaaS platform. Represent the iPaaS competency group, influence outcomes, and make timely decisions. Collaborate with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior leadership to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals. Build and lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations. Enhance performance, quality, and cost-efficiency through resource management, automation, and process improvements. Manage a large team of experts, intermediates, juniors, and third-party providers, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and operational standards. Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API strategies and management, with expertise in security and architecture for on-premises and cloud platforms. Minimum 4 years of experience with Mulesoft and deployment models like CloudHub 1.0/2.0, RTF, and on-premise servers. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as Integration Architect or Platform Architect are advantageous. Proven success in integrating systems such as Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, KPMG Clara, among others. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and strong communication skills. Experience in contract negotiations, transition, and implementation is desired. Deep technical knowledge to create value and strategy within the scope of work.
