KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities: Develop and manage iPaaS API strategies, security best practices, and architectural solutions for on-premises and cloud platforms; propose innovative integration capabilities, create high-value reusable frameworks, and ensure scalable talent pools and technologies. Create and communicate the vision and business value of the iPaaS platform; represent the competency group, influence outcomes, and make timely decisions. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, partners, and executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals. Lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations; optimize performance, quality, and cost through resource management and automation. Manage a large team and third-party providers, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures. Qualifications: At least eight years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API strategies, security, and architecture for on-premises and cloud environments. Minimum four years' experience with Mulesoft, including deployment models like CloudHub and on-premise servers. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications like Integration Architect or Platform Architect are a plus. Successful track record in strategic integrations with systems like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, KPMG Clara Workflow, among others. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and strong communication skills. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
