KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This role offers a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and manage iPaaS API strategies, security best practices, and architecture solutions for on-premises and cloud platforms; propose innovative integration capabilities and create high-value, reusable frameworks; ensure scalable talent pools and technologies are integrated within product solutions and delivery processes. Articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS competency group and influence successful outcomes through timely decisions. Collaborate with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior leadership to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals. Build and lead an effective team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations; optimize performance, quality, and cost by defining resourcing, offshoring, automation, and process improvements. Manage a large team of experts, intermediates, juniors, and third-party providers, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and operational procedures.
Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API strategies, including security and architecture for on-premises and cloud platforms. Minimum 4 years of experience with Mulesoft and deployment models like CloudHub, RTF, and on-premise servers. Bachelors degree preferred; certifications such as Integration Architect or Platform Architect are advantageous. Proven success in strategic integrations with systems like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, KPMG Clara, and others. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and excellent communication skills. Deep technical knowledge to create value and strategy in the technical domain. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
