Associate Director, Investor Relations - Nuveen Green Capital Nuveen Green Capital is seeking an Associate Director, Investor Relations to support capital raising initiatives, relationship management, reporting, and product development across the investor lifecycle. The IR team serves as a strategic bridge between Nuveen Green Capital's investment platform and the investor community. The Associate Director will function as both a strategic project manager and execution lead, driving forward the firm\'s investment strategies with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities Investor Due Diligence & Reporting Excellence - Deliver proactive, timely, and accurate responses to investor inquiries. Complete complex due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and respond to requests for proposal (RFPs) through collaboration with internal subject matter experts. Coordinate comprehensive investor reporting deliverables, including standardized and bespoke reports tailored to client requirements. Ensure consistency and accuracy of data presentation across client touchpoints and communication channels; maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic Project Management - Manage transactional workflows for investment products from inception through closing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments while maintaining momentum toward deadlines.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership - Develop compelling thought leadership content for the investor community, including newsletters, market analysis, and industry perspectives that position Nuveen Green Capital as a market leader and trusted advisor.
Client Engagement & Relationship Development - Implement high-impact strategic client initiatives, including outreach campaigns and in-person/virtual events to strengthen investor relationships and expand market presence. Represent the firm\'s values and expertise in diverse professional settings.
Capital Raising Support - Maintain and update firm-wide and strategy-specific marketing materials, including presentations, factsheets, and other investor-facing materials to support capital raising efforts.
Qualifications Educational Requirements: University degree preferred
Work Experience: 3+ years required; 5+ years preferred
Career Level: 7IC
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of investor relations experience
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of investor relations experience at an institutional manager; strong written and verbal communication skills; experience developing thought leadership and responding to complex investor questions; experience working in a high-growth team/organization

Base Pay Range: $108,800/yr - $150,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Eligible for incentive programs as applicable.
