Associate Director, Implementations
Location: NYC | Hybrid
As a member of the U.S. Implementations team, you will be responsible for managing new client and fund launches onto the GlobeOp platform. This role requires strong leadership, team management, and operational expertise, with a focus on process development and execution.

What You Will Get To Do:
Lead project management for new fund and client launches, serving as the senior point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients
Serve as the single point of contact during the onboarding lifecycle, from initial planning through delivery of services
Build and manage detailed project plans and tracking tools for each new launch
Facilitate effective communication with clients through written, verbal, and in-person engagement
Coordinate with third-party providers (e.g., prime brokers, custodians, order management systems) to ensure successful setup and integration
Translate client trade flow requirements into GlobeOp systems
Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, swaps, bank debt, CFDs, futures, commodities, options, FX, mortgages, and repos
Ensure alignment with client expectations and sales mandates throughout the onboarding process
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Fund Accounting, OTC Operations, Investor Relations, and IT
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in finance/business preferred
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services or hedge fund industry
At least 3 years in back-office operations, preferably within a prime broker, administrator, hedge fund, mutual fund, investment advisor, or financial planning firm
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven client relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
