Support one of our therapeutic areas as a finance business partner, focusing on financial control, forecasting, and performance management, including budgeting, demand planning, and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Partner with product teams and leadership to establish forecasts, updates, and projections. Provide financial guidance and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including resource allocation and performance monitoring. Communicate complex business issues, support performance narratives, and assist in investor relations. Develop resource allocation strategies aligned with enterprise strategies. Lead operational planning processes, manage budgeting, reporting, and expense management. Potentially lead BP&A team members, coaching and providing technical training. Essential Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent. 4+ years in finance or economics, preferably in Pharma/Biotech. Strong communication, influencing, leadership, analytical, creative, and adaptability skills. Desirable: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related; MBA preferred. Experience in business planning & analysis. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $119,700 - $222,300/year, based on skills and experience.
