Proficient in Adobe Creative Software.

Ability to organize, create, design, and execute a variety of video content. This includes but is not limited to the following: Promotional videos, hype videos

Familiar with social media platforms and the ability to follow and execute trends.

Experience in building and executing social media content plans.

Ability to collaborate with the communications, marketing, and creative staff.

Previous experience working in a college creative services office.

Attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills required.

Self-starter with an outstanding work ethic.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

Strong teamwork aptitude.

Strong customer service skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.

Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of East Tennessee State University, the Southern Conference, and the NCAA. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.

2 years of experience working in Athletic Communications/Sports Information at the Division 1 and/or professional sports level. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree.

3 years of experience working in Athletic Communications/Sports Information at the Division 1 and/or professional sports level.
