:As an Associate Director, Engagement Analytics, you'll lead a team driving analytics projects and delivering insights to optimize client engagement. With expertise in marketing, advertising, and healthcare analytics, you'll develop strategies, collaborate across teams, and present to senior clients, embodying an EDI mindset and fostering inclusivity. A Day in the Life: •Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients, presenting Engagement Analytics deliverables and incorporating feedback.•Mentor junior team members in developing and quality-assuring their work, translating data into insights that fuel decision making.•Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure strong working relationships and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.•Build junior staff's understanding of brand goals and how Engagement Analytics can support them, and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.•Manage the creation of flexible plans that respond to market needs, brand lifecycle, and competitive changes.•Continue to acquire knowledge about Engagement Analytics and make actionable recommendations to drive brand growth.•Work closely with stakeholders, present ideas to clients, and support senior team members on new business pitches, with potential to lead accounts with limited supervision. What you will need: •Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Data Science, with 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, analytics, or research.•Analytic, qualitative, and quantitative problem-solving skills, with experience in digital media, web, marketing data, and analytics platforms.•Advanced skills in Excel, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, and proficiency in web analytics platforms like Adobe and Google Analytics.•Experience with syndicated research sources and tools, such as Gfk MRI-Simmons, Nielsen, and comScore.•Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to influence others and collaborate with teams.•Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Commitment to detail and follow-through.
